Delivery and Availability
Goods in stock will be dispatched within 10 working days of order placement and subject to payment by cheque or credit card authorisation. During extremely busy times or when goods are out of stock we will endeavour to notify all customers of expected delays as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery and be in perfect condition unused. Returned goods in such condition within the specified time can be exchanged or we will offer you a full refund using the same method of payment. The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items and we cannot be held responsible if lost in transit.
